We are delighted to welcome you to A7la Chalet and thank you for choosing us for your getaway. To ensure a consistent and transparent experience for all our guests, we have established the following strict cancellation policy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your booking.
1) Cancellation Terms:
All bookings are final and non-refundable.
Once a reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes cancellations made days, weeks, or even months in advance.
Modifications to dates, guest names, or reservation details are not permitted once a booking is confirmed.
2) No Refund Policy Applies to (but not limited to):
Personal emergencies or sudden change of plans
Illness, injury, or medical conditions
Poor weather conditions (rain, storms, wind, etc.)
Flight delays, cancellations, or missed travel connections
Transportation issues or road closures
Work or family obligations
Local events being postponed or canceled
Government regulations, travel restrictions, or visa issues
Please understand that as a private property with limited availability, last-minute cancellations result in lost opportunities to host other guests. For this reason, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy across all reservations.
